Appliance repair cost are based on a National Blue book flat rate. This means there is an industry standard, set amount of hours for a given job. This does not mean it is actual hours worked. It may be more or less. The same as most reputable mechanics. If book says one hour, you get charged for one hour, even if it takes us two hours or a half hour. An expert technician is often faster than the time allotted.

Many times, if you know what the problem is or if your symptoms have only a few possibilities, we can give you an estimate on the phone. Just keep in mind this is an ESTIMATE and may change upon actual diagnosis.
